The Nodak Flickertails State Club was founded May 6, 2000.  A meeting was held at Capital RV with WIT Central Area Representatives Marshall and Juanita Couch,  The fifteen people present decided to form a state chapter of WIT.  The first order of business was to elect officers.  Sheila Goeke was elected President, Rod Nibbe, Vice President and Maxine Nibbe

secretary-Treasurer.  The second order of business was to select a name, Nodak Flickertails.  The first camp-out was at General Sibley Park south of Bismarck on June 2,3,and 4, 2000. (from WIT Club News July 2000)
